Ceramic Catalytic Filter T Series
The ceramic fiber filter tubes are directly installed onto the tube sheet of the dust collector. The product is capable of operating in high-temperature environments. Its rigid structure provides higher filtration efficiency and maintains stable performance over extended periods of use.
2.Desulfurization support: Applied in dry or semi-dry processes, combined with different alkaline agents—such as baking soda (sodium bicarbonate, NaHCO₃), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), or slaked lime (Ca(OH)₂)—to remove acidic gases (SO₂, HCl, HF, etc.).
The filter tube dust collector can be regarded as a desulfurization reaction chamber. A fixed bed of slaked lime filter cake forms on the outside of the filter tubes, enhancing the reaction efficiency.
